1. Safe & Guaranteed Products
All Crownmane Hair products are made from 100% human hair, collected directly from healthy Human hair donors. The hair remains in its natural state – unprocessed and unaltered. We are committed to offering only premium-quality hair to help you look and feel your best.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Hair:
- Must not be installed, cut, dyed, stained, or altered in any way.
- Hair must remain in its original bundle and must not be tied at the top.
- Must be in its original packaging, including the original invoice.
- Any item that has been removed from packaging and visibly used will not be eligible.
- Shipping Costs: All return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using a shipping service provider with signature confirmation and/or insurance to protect your package
- Authorization Required: Unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address will not be processed or refunded. We are not liable for lost or misdirected items.
3. FAQs About Returns & Exchanges
What Items Are Eligible For Return Or Exchange?
- Hair extensions must be unused, unwashed, and not removed from the original bundle or packaging.
- Due to hygiene concerns, opened products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Custom hair products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?
- Please kindly understand that we are unable to cover the fee for return shipping.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges, and duties (if any).
How Does The Refund Process Work?
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the issue if requested.
- If the problem can be resolved with a replacement or product maintenance, we will guide you through the process.
- If the product must be returned:
- We will inspect the item upon arrival.
- If the security seals are broken or the product is used, a refund will not be issued.
- If eligible, we will refund 80% of the product value. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please note: We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Please check the invoice and items carefully before making payment
- In case you want to cancel the order, please contact customer service within 2 days of placing the order. We will cancel the order and refund 100% of the value or convert to another item of equivalent value, according to the customer’s request
- If you want to cancel the order after 3 days of placing the order, we will retain the deposit equivalent to 20% of the value, to compensate for the costs of production activities that have arisen
- If you wish to change the order during production, please contact customer service. Any additional cost differences must be paid before proceeding.
